We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated

Physics Faculty

for our JEE/NEET division. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, conceptual clarity, and the ability to simplify complex topics for students. The role involves preparing students for both

competitive exams (JEE/NEET)

and strengthening their

academic foundation

in Physics.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging Physics lectures with a focus on

conceptual clarity and problem-solving

. Simplify complex concepts and make them easily understandable for students. Prepare, design, and deliver

lesson plans, practice sheets, and assignments

aligned with JEE/NEET exam patterns. Train students in

analytical and problem-solving approaches

to tackle advanced questions. Conduct regular

tests, discussions, and doubt-clearing sessions

to monitor progress. Develop

study material, question banks, and test papers

as per exam standards. Mentor and motivate students to achieve their

maximum potential

in competitive exams. Stay updated with the latest

exam trends and syllabus changes

for JEE/NEET.

Desired Skills & Attributes

Strong

conceptual understanding of Physics

Ability to

simplify complex problems

into step-by-step solutions. Excellent

problem-solving skills

and analytical thinking. Effective communication and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physics/Engineering or related field. Proven teaching experience in

JEE/NEET coaching

(minimum 5-8 years preferred). Track record of producing

top-performing students

is an added advantage. Immediate Joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
