About The Job:

• Asset management in JD Edwards (JDE) refers to the Capital Asset Management (CAM) system, a module within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne that helps businesses track, maintain, and optimize their physical equipment and machinery throughout their entire lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal.
• Key functions include creating equipment registers, scheduling preventive maintenance, managing work orders for repairs, tracking parts and labor, and monitoring costs to improve asset utilization, reduce downtime, and increase overall profitability.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform Below activities in JDE MFG modules
• Equipment Register:Create a central database for all critical information about your physical assets.
• Preventive Maintenance:Schedule regular maintenance to prevent unexpected breakdowns and extend asset life.
• Work Order Management:Create, track, and manage work orders for both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Resource & Parts Planning:Plan and assign the necessary labor, parts, and materials for maintenance activities.
• Case Management:Receive and respond to maintenance requests or issues that arise.
• Asset Lifecycle Management:Manage the entire lifespan of an asset, from planning and acquisition to operational use, maintenance, and retirement.
• Financial Tracking:Monitor the costs and revenue associated with your assets to make informed financial decisions.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in JDE Manufacturing modules in areas like Capital Asset Management, Work Order Management etc.
• Configure, implement, and support JDE Manufacturing modules, including Work Orders, Shop Floor Management, Product Data Management, Product Costing, Inventory, Material Planning, Manufacturing Accounting, and Quality Management.
• Analyze business processes and lead process improvement initiatives within the JDE environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the manufacturing modules, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports to support manufacturing decision-making.
• Conduct system configuration, integration with other systems, and support upgrades.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Planning, Production, etc.) to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Adhere to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for support response and issue closure.
