JDE HCM Functional-Payroll

to join our

team.

Gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements related to payroll processing, time entry, benefits administration, tax regulations, and statutory compliance. Conducting fit-gap analysis and translating business needs into detailed functional design specifications (FSDs) for JDE Payroll and integrated HCM modules. Designing, configuring, and maintaining the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Payroll module, including payrolls, pay cycles, DBAs, garnishments, tax setups, direct deposit, AAIs, and processing options. Leading or actively participating in full lifecycle JDE HCM Payroll implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects. Developing comprehensive test plans and scenarios, overseeing SIT, supporting UAT, and managing parallel payroll testing. Collaborating with technical teams on customizations, reports, interfaces, and data conversions for payroll. Providing post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and ongoing system optimization for payroll processes. Ensuring all JDE Payroll configurations comply with relevant federal, state, local, and international labor laws and tax regulations. Serving as a trusted advisor to HR and Payroll stakeholders on JDE HCM Payroll best practices, architecture, and security. Developing and delivering comprehensive functional training to end-users and super users. Identifying and resolving complex functional issues within the JDE Payroll module, including discrepancies in calculations, deductions, and reporting. Maintaining and improving detailed functional documentation and best practices for JDE Payroll. Hands-on functional experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (ideally E9.1, E9.2, or later) specifically in the HCM Payroll module. Proven experience in at least [Number] full lifecycle JDE HCM Payroll implementation or upgrade projects. Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, including gross-to-net calculations, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and direct deposits. Strong knowledge of payroll statutory and regulatory compliance requirements for [specify relevant regions, e.g., India, US, UK, Global]. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
