Should have at-least 5+ years of experience. Support, configure, and maintain JDE Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost Accounting) and Distribution modules (Sales Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics). Analyze and resolve issues in financial transactions, reporting, and distribution logistics; ensure compliance with accounting standards and controls. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Conduct gap analysis, capture business requirements, and propose process/system improvements. Lead or support system upgrades, new module implementations, and integrations. Collaborate with SMEs and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements. Provide end-user training, create user manuals, and maintain documentation. Optimize supply chain processes and inventory accuracy through effective use of JDE functionalities. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
