Role - JDE Functional Consultant Location - Chennai, Bangalore Experience - Mini 5Yr JD- JDE Functional Consultant . Candidate should have 5+ years\' relevant experience as JDE developer or L3 support Engineer . Sound knowledge on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools & Technology. . Functional knowledge on Supply chain system . Should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills . Should have worked in the Global Delivery Model (Onsite/Offshore Model) Responsibilities: . Analyzes service request, does root cause and impact analysis and provide solution . Prepare & review specifications, documentation. . Recommends best method and tools to improve process. . Prepare & reviews test scripts, test cases . In addition to strong technical skills, this position requires to create detailed Technical specifications. . Do through impact analysis on the code changes or minor enhancements with the existing functional areas. . Understanding of technical design, development, maintenance of JD Edwards OneWorld / EnterpriseOne. . Work closely with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs, support business change and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience . Support client customizations, sharing implementation and best practices advice. .
