1 Supervise and manage the day-to-day Pre-Delivery Inspection activities.
2 Ensure all inspections are carried out as per company and manufacturer guidelines.
3 Assign tasks and monitor progress of inspector
5 Identify defects, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure proper documentation of issues.
6 Maintain PDI checklists and inspection reports.
7 Guide and train inspection team members on PDI processes and quality standards.
9 Liaise with Logistics teams to plan inspection schedules.
10 Report recurring defects or quality issues to the Quality Control/Production team.
11 Maintain accurate records of inspections and delivery timelines.
12 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly PDI performance reports.
13 Suggest improvements to streamline PDI processes and reduce delivery delays.
14 Implement best practices to improve customer satisfaction and reduce after-sales complaints.
