Operating JCB Equipment:

Accurately and safely operate backhoe loaders and other related equipment for tasks like excavation, loading, unloading, and land leveling.

Site Preparation:

Prepare and clear construction sites, potentially including demolition, trenching, and other earthmoving tasks.

Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the JCB to ensure proper functioning.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety regulations, policies, and procedures while operating the machinery.

Following Instructions:

Execute work according to project plans and supervisor instructions.

Collaboration:

Work effectively with other construction team members.

Troubleshooting:

Report any machine failures or malfunctions to supervisors.
