Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operating JCB Machinery:

Safely and skillfully operating JCB equipment (like backhoe loaders) to perform tasks such as digging, trenching, backfilling, loading materials, and more.

Site Preparation and Maintenance:

Assisting with preparing and clearing construction sites, including tasks like sloping, banking, and leveling.

Material Handling:

Loading and unloading materials using JCB machinery.

Basic Maintenance:

Performing routine checks and minor repairs on the equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Safety Compliance:

Following all safety guidelines, procedures, and relevant legislation while operating the machinery.

Communication:

Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding work progress and any issues.

Documentation:

Completing necessary paperwork and documentation related to work performed.

Continuous Improvement:
