Experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks. Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and team members. Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Customer Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Provide technical guidance and support during project discussions and implementations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6-8 years of professional experience in Java development, with a focus on Spring Boot. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies. Proficient in database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven experience in customer-facing roles and handling client interactions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
