We are looking for a talented ReactJS Developer to join our growing team!

In this remote work position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining user interfaces for our web applications using ReactJS. You will work closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain highly functional and reusable React components Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Collaborate with designers to translate UI mockups into functional React components Work effectively with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with back-end APIs Stay up-to-date on the latest ReactJS trends and best practices Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

Proven experience building web applications with ReactJS Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Experience with Redux or a similar state management library (a plus) Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest) (a plus) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A strong passion for building high-quality web applications

During the interview process, we will be using an ASK (Ability, Skill, Knowledge) based approach to assess your candidacy. Here are some examples of ASK questions we might ask:

Ability

- Can you describe a time when you had to debug a complex React application? How did you approach the problem?

Skill

- Walk us through your process for building a reusable React component.

Knowledge

- Explain the difference between virtual DOM and real DOM in React.

Interview Process

The interview process will typically consist of the following steps:

Phone screening Technical interview with a senior developer Take-home coding challenge On-site interview (or video call for remote positions) with the team

Task & Assignment

As part of the interview process, you may be asked to complete a take-home coding challenge. This challenge will be designed to assess your ReactJS skills and your ability to solve problems.

Assessment

We will assess your candidacy based on your resume, cover letter, interview performance, and take-home coding challenge.
