Senior JavaScript Engineer (React/TypeScript) Core Skills & Requirements

8+ years of professional Front-End development experience. Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern Front-End frameworks (React or equivalent). Strong knowledge of software design trade-offs and pragmatic problem-solving. Ability to work proactively and independently, with a focus on technical and user experience quality. Creative and resilient approach to solving complex technical challenges. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Bonus Skills

Experience with multiple Front-End frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.) and deep Vanil laJS expertise. Advanced knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications. Proficiency in modern build tools and systems (Webpack, Parcel, Vite, etc.). Familiarity with AI-driven development tools and automation (e.g., coding assistants, testing frameworks, CI/CD).

Polyglot Development:

Deep VanillaJS expertise and experience with multiple frameworks.

Build Tool Mastery:

Proficiency with modern build systems and tooling (Webpack, Parcel, Vite, etc.) and ability to configure/optimize them for large projects.

Additional AI/Automation Experience:

Familiarity with AI-driven development tools, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD optimizations using AI.

JavaScript/TypeScript & Frameworks:

Expert in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern Front-End frameworks such as React, Preact, Angular, and Vue.

UI/UX Development:

Strong ability to build fast, polished, mobile-friendly, and intuitive components/widgets for web and e-commerce applications.

AI-Assisted Development:

Proficiency with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) and ability to leverage AI tools to improve code quality, productivity, and workflow efficiency.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, etc., with the ability to monitor production features and address issues promptly.

Performance Optimization:

Expertise in optimizing React components, API calls, and overall application speed/scalability.

Code Quality & Review:

Ability to maintain high engineering standards, perform thorough code reviews, and ensure reliable, bug-free delivery.

Problem-Solving & Pragmatic Design:

Strong knowledge of software design trade-offs, with a creative and resilient approach to complex technical challenges.

Proactivity & Independence:

Ability to work proactively, identify requirements, and propose solutions without constant direction.

Mentorship & Collaboration:

Experience mentoring junior developers, sharing knowledge, collaborating effectively in team environments, and communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
