Job Role:Java+Kafka

Job Location:Location: Bangalore /Pune(Hybrid)

Notice period:Immediate joiner to 15 days.

Experience:6 years+

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. Build and manage event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka and/or RabbitMQ. Develop and consume RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture. Optimize application performance, focusing on multi-threading, concurrency, and system reliability. Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes. Work with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the software stack. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 6+ years of experience in professional software development, with a strong emphasis on Java. Proven expertise in: Spring / Spring Boot Kafka, RabbitMQ Microservices architecture REST API design and development AWS or equivalent cloud platforms Solid understanding of: Concurrency, multi-threading, and performance tuning in Java Relational and NoSQL databases Experience with Agile development methodologies. Hands-on with DevOps practices, including version control, CI/CD, and container orchestration. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
