Java/Full Stack Lead

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the development and deployment of the EPR platform across regions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to global development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on architecture and delivery. Drive best practices in software engineering, security, and compliance. Improve development processes, tooling, and automation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage end-to-end delivery.
Requisites
Strong knowledge of OOP, SOA, Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and JSP. Proficient in SQL, REST/SOAP Web Services, and Angular. Proficient in Angular or any UI Technologies. Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in leading distributed teams. * Knowledge of AI/ML development and SailPoint is a plus.
