About the Role:

We are seeking a

Technical Lead Engineer - QA

with extensive experience in

Java/C++ testing

and a strong background in

Linux and Windows

environments. As the QA Technical Lead, you will establish testing frameworks, automate test cases, and ensure software stability and performance within multi-platform virtualized environments. You will also mentor the QA team and implement best practices for testing and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA Strategy & Test Automation:

Define and implement QA strategies for Java/C++ applications with thorough and efficient test coverage.

Develop & Oversee Test Frameworks:

Architect, design, and develop automated testing frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

Cross-Platform Testing & Validation:

Ensure applications function reliably on

Linux and Windows

operating systems in virtualized environments.

Performance & Stability Testing:

Lead performance, load, and stress testing to validate application stability under resource-constrained conditions.

Scripting & Automation:

Create automation scripts using

Python, Bash, PowerShell

to streamline test execution, environment setup, and reporting.

Team Mentorship & Leadership:

Guide and mentor the QA team, promoting best practices in testing, defect management, and cross-team collaboration.

Documentation & Process Improvement:

Document testing protocols, results, and processes; continuously identify areas for improvement to ensure efficient QA workflows.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in QA or software engineering with a focus on

Java/C++ testing

, including at least 3 years in a lead or senior QA role. Proficiency in

Linux and Windows

OS environments, with multi-platform testing and troubleshooting experience. Advanced scripting abilities (

Python, Bash, PowerShell

) for automation in virtualized environments. Strong analytical and debugging skills, with a focus on resolving cross-platform issues. Excellent communication skills and experience leading and mentoring teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with

CI/CD integration and testing tools

(Jenkins, GitLab CI). Familiarity with networking and storage in virtualized environments.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
