About the Role

We are hiring an

Application Developer

with strong experience in

Java/Spring Boot

and hands-on expertise in

Orkes Conductor (or Netflix Conductor)

.
You will work on designing backend services, building automated workflows, integrating microservices, and ensuring the stability and reliability of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using

Java & Spring Boot

Build, manage, and optimize workflows in

Orkes/Netflix Conductor

Integrate applications with

REST APIs

and external services Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, and Product teams Write

unit, integration, and system tests

Monitor application performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot failures Provide

L2/L3 support

for Java microservices and Conductor workflows Monitor system health and set up alerts/dashboards Work with DevOps/SRE for deployment, scaling, and environment stability Participate in

on-call rotations

to ensure system uptime

Required Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in

Java (Java 8+)

Experience with

Orkes Conductor / Netflix Conductor

Hands-on with

Spring Boot

and

Microservices Architecture

Knowledge of REST APIs,

Kafka

,

RabbitMQ

, or similar messaging systems Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions) Strong debugging, performance analysis, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring/logging tools Excellent communication and coordination abilities
