Job Title: Java with React Lead Developer

Experience: 7-9 Years

Location: Bangalore (Initially Work from Office, later Hybrid)

Compensation: Up to 17 LPA

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Java with React Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development using Java, frontend development with React, and proven leadership skills to guide a team in delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java (backend) and React (frontend).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Product Owners) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.

Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and provide technical guidance.

Ensure timely delivery of projects and handle client/stakeholder communication effectively.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices).

Expertise in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS for frontend development.

Proficiency in REST APIs, Web Services, and Integration.

Experience in RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).

Exposure to CI/CD, Git, Agile methodology.

Strong leadership and team management experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
