Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Trainer to deliver engaging and practical training sessions for students and professionals. The role involves designing curriculum, conducting workshops, mentoring learners, and assessing progress. The trainer will provide in-depth knowledge of Java programming, frameworks, and best practices while ensuring real-world applicability. Key Responsibilities

Design Java course curriculum tailored for students' learning requirements. Deliver classroom and online training sessions using effective teaching methods. Provide practical coding exercises and real-world project-based assignments. Mentor students, answer queries, and guide career-focused learning paths. Evaluate students' performance through tests, assignments, and project reviews. Update training materials with latest Java trends and technologies. Encourage interactive learning through discussions, coding challenges, and teamwork. Collaborate with institutions to ensure training quality and effectiveness.

Skill & Experience

Strong expertise in Java programming, OOP, and related frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts. Ability to design engaging training modules with practical applications. Experience with tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ, and NetBeans IDE. Problem-solving mindset with capacity to address learners' technical difficulties. Passion for teaching, patience, and motivational student-centered approach.
