Job Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and practical training on

Core Java, Advanced Java, and Java Frameworks

Explain concepts such as

OOPs, Exception Handling, Collections, Multithreading, JDBC, and Servlets

Train students on

Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs

Conduct

hands-on coding sessions, assignments, and mini-projects

Prepare and update

training materials, presentations, and lab exercises

Evaluate student performance through

tests, quizzes, and project reviews

Guide students in

real-time project implementation

Support students in

interview preparation, mock interviews, and resume guidance

Stay updated with

latest Java trends and industry practices

Maintain discipline and ensure

high training quality standards

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

Core Java & Advanced Java

Experience with

Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate

Good understanding of

SQL, MySQL, and database concepts

Familiarity with

Git, Maven, and basic DevOps tools

(added advantage) Excellent

communication and presentation skills

Passion for

teaching and mentoring students

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in

Computer Science / IT / related field

1-5 years

of experience as a Java Developer or Java Trainer Prior

training or teaching experience

is a plus

Preferred Candidate

Able to train

freshers and working professionals

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Comfortable with

offline classroom training
