to deliver structured, practical, and industry-aligned training programs.

This role is ideal for:

Postgraduates with strong fundamentals

Freshers with teaching interest

You will be responsible for training

students, graduates, and working professionals

, helping them build real-world development skills.

This is a

remote role

occasional onsite travel

required for institutional or corporate training assignments.

Key Responsibilities Training Delivery

Deliver instructor-led training (online / onsite) on:

Java Full Stack Development

OR

.NET Full Stack Development

Conduct hands-on coding sessions and practical demonstrations Explain concepts using real-life examples and mini projects

Programming Coverage

Java Track may include:

Core Java & Advanced Java OOP concepts and best practices Spring & Spring Boot REST APIs Basics of Microservices

.NET Track may include:

C# programming .NET Core / .NET 6+ ASP.NET Core Web APIs Entity Framework Core

Training Activities

Conduct labs, assignments, and coding exercises Assist learners with: Hands-on tasks Case studies Mini or capstone projects Conduct assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks Resolve doubts and conduct Q&A sessions Share session feedback and progress reports with the Training Coordinator

Required Skills & Qualifications Education (Mandatory)

Postgraduate / Master's degree in: MCA / M.Sc. IT / M.Tech / M.E / equivalent

Technical Skills

Strong fundamentals in

Java or .NET

Spring Boot / ASP.NET Core Web APIs Microservices basics Understanding of: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Basic design principles Backend development concepts Basic knowledge of: REST APIs Databases Willingness to learn and teach frameworks Cloud fundamentals

Soft Skills

Good communication and explanation skills Confidence in teaching and mentoring Ability to explain concepts step-by-step Professional attitude and discipline

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Exposure to: Internship, project, or teaching experience Awareness of: Git / GitHub CI/CD basics Certification exposure (Microsoft, Oracle, etc.)
