Job Summary

ScholarHat is seeking

two talented Java Trainers

to deliver impactful training to professionals at different career stages:

Trainer 1:

For learners with

less than 5 years of experience

Trainer 2:

For learners with

more than 5 years of experience

These roles are on a

freelance or contract (part-time)

basis, conducted

remotely

. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, industry-relevant Java training, mentoring learners, and preparing them for success in the tech job market.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging

online training sessions

on Core Java, Advanced Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs. Help team to Design learning materials, assignments, and real-world projects. Provide

hands-on coding practice

and live demonstrations. Customize teaching methods for different learner experience levels.

Qualifications

For Trainer 1 (< 5 Years Learner Batch):

Minimum

3 years of professional Java development

experience. Strong foundation in Core Java & Advanced Java. Experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate is a plus. Previous training or mentoring experience mandatory.

For Trainer 2 (> 5 Years Learner Batch):

Minimum

8 years of professional Java development

experience. Expertise in frameworks, microservices, design patterns, and architecture. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience mentoring mid-level or senior developers.
Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
