Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Java Trainer with a passion for teaching and solid experience in the EdTech space. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Java programming and the ability to effectively train and mentor students across various experience levels. This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and a commitment to delivering high-quality, engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver interactive and hands-on training sessions on Java (Core & Advanced). Prepare and update training materials, exercises, and assessments. Guide and support learners during live sessions and doubt-clearing classes. Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with the academic and operations team to enhance training quality.
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience as a Java trainer in an EdTech or training organization. Strong foundational knowledge of Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, JDBC, and basic concepts of Spring/Servlets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be available for all rotational shifts including early morning, evening, or weekend classes. Ability to manage and engage learners in an online/offline setup. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
