: \xe2\x80\x93 Candidate must have ability to take both theory and practical sessions \xe2\x80\x93 Should have excellent knowledge on Java, Core Java and Advanced Java technologies \xe2\x80\x93 Should be able to take batches on web technologies HTML, CSS, C, C++, Core JAVA, Advance Java, JAVAscript , jquery , Spring, Spring Boot and Hibernate \xe2\x80\x93 Able to resolve students queries \xe2\x80\x93 We expect good communication and presentation skills \xe2\x80\x93 Able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way \xe2\x80\x93 Dynamic personality \xe2\x80\x93 Should be flexible to conduct Weekend Batches as well as Weekday Batches Responsibilities and Duties \xe2\x80\x93 Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements \xe2\x80\x93 Produce training schedules and classroom agenda \xe2\x80\x93 Determine course content according to objectives \xe2\x80\x93 Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.) \xe2\x80\x93 Execute training sessions \xe2\x80\x93 Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc. \xe2\x80\x93 Observe and evaluate results of training programs \xe2\x80\x93 Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
