About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled

Java Trainer

to join our technical training team in Nagercoil. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

Core Java, Advanced Java, and related frameworks

, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring students or trainees.

You will be responsible for delivering hands-on training sessions, preparing course materials, assessing learners, and helping them build real-world coding skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

interactive classroom and practical sessions

on Core Java, Advanced Java, and related technologies. Design and update

training materials, assignments, and projects

aligned with industry standards. Deliver training on topics such as

OOP concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, and REST APIs

. Provide one-on-one guidance and mentoring to students or trainees during coding practice sessions. Evaluate trainees through tests, projects, and code reviews, and give constructive feedback. Stay up to date with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and teaching methodologies. Support curriculum enhancement and assist in developing new learning modules or workshops. Coordinate with the academic and placement team to help students prepare for technical interviews.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of

Core Java (OOP, Collections, Exception Handling)

. Proficiency in

Advanced Java (JDBC, Servlets, JSP)

. Knowledge of

Spring Framework / Spring Boot

and

RESTful APIs

is an added advantage. Good understanding of

Database Management Systems (MySQL / PostgreSQL)

. Familiarity with

IDE tools

such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, or NetBeans. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students with patience and clarity.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

. 1-3 years of experience as a

Java Developer

or

Technical Trainer

. Prior experience in teaching, coaching, or corporate training will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills

Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities. Clear communication (English and Tamil preferred). Good time management and organizational skills. Enthusiastic, energetic, and approachable personality.

Salary Range

?2.5 LPA - ?4.5 LPA

(Depending on experience, skills, and performance).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
