Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Java Trainer

to join our technical training team in Nagercoil. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies

, along with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring students or junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver interactive classroom training sessions on

Core Java, OOPs concepts, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate

, and

RESTful APIs

. Design and develop training materials, coding exercises, and real-time projects to enhance practical learning. Conduct assessments, quizzes, and hands-on coding evaluations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to students or trainees. Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in the Java ecosystem. Customize training sessions based on learner levels and institutional needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, IT, or related field

. 2-4 years of experience in

Java development and/or training

. Strong understanding of

Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)

concepts. Proficient in

Core Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, and Spring Boot

. Familiarity with

MySQL or PostgreSQL

databases. Excellent

communication and presentation

skills. Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging manner.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with

Microservices, Maven/Gradle, Git

, and

REST APIs

. Exposure to

frontend technologies

(HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Prior experience in

corporate or academic training
