Role Overview

The Java Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions in Java and related technologies, mentoring students and professionals, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer through practical, hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom / online training sessions on

Core Java, Advanced Java, and OOP concepts

. Provide hands-on coding sessions, real-time examples, and project-based learning. Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments. Guide students in projects, debugging, and best coding practices. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry trends. Support placement-oriented training and interview preparation.

Technical Skills Required

Strong knowledge of

Core Java, OOPS, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling

. Advanced Java concepts:

JDBC, Servlets, JSP

. Familiarity with

Spring / Spring Boot

is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of

SQL / MySQL

. Understanding of

REST APIs

and

MVC architecture

is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Educational Qualification

BE / BTech / MCA / MSc / BSc in Computer Science or related field.
