Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Trainer Cum Software Project Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for training aspiring software developers in Java technologies and coordinating software projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Training:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Java technologies (Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
Create and maintain engaging instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, and tutorials.
Conduct hands-on coding sessions, workshops, and assessments.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into training programs.
Provide individual and group mentorship to trainees to help them improve their coding skills and understanding of Java frameworks.
Evaluate the progress of trainees through tests, projects, and performance reviews.
Project Coordination:

Plan, schedule, and manage software development projects from inception to completion.
Serve as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to gather requirements, set objectives, and communicate progress.
Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring adherence to project plans.
Conduct regular status meetings and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project objectives are achieved within budget and on time.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among team members.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:

Minimum of 0-3years of experience in Java development.
At least 2 years of experience in a training role, preferably in a technical environment.
Proven experience in managing and coordinating software projects.
Skills:

Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Angular etc.).
Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Java technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle).
Previous experience in a software project management or coordination role.
