Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end training on

Core Java, Advanced Java, and Java Full Stack development

. Teach backend frameworks including

Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA

, and Microservices basics. Train learners on

AWS Cloud fundamentals and hands-on services

such as

EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch

. Design and deliver

hands-on labs, coding assignments, and real-world projects

integrating Java applications with AWS services. Conduct live classes, doubt-clearing sessions, assessments, and mock interviews. Guide students on

system design basics, deployment, and cloud-based application architecture

. Support learners with

interview preparation, certification guidance

, and placement readiness. Collaborate with the curriculum, content, and placement teams to keep training aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, M.Tech

, or equivalent

technical degree

(mandatory)

Experience

7-10 years

of hands-on

Java development experience

Practical experience using

AWS Cloud services

Prior

training / mentoring / teaching experience

preferred

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of

Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading

Experience with

Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA

Solid understanding of

SQL, databases, and backend architecture

Hands-on experience with

AWS services

(EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC, Lambda) Familiarity with

Docker, CI/CD, Git

(good to have) Understanding of

cloud deployment and basic system design

Soft Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to

simplify complex technical concepts

Passion for mentoring and teaching Student-focused and outcome-driven mindset
