We are seeking a Java Trainer on a 5-month contract to deliver engaging training sessions for freshers and junior developers. The trainer will handle curriculum design, hands-on demonstrations, and technical mentorship in Java and Spring Boot.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and online sessions in Java and Spring Boot
Prepare and deliver training materials, exercises, and practical labs
Evaluate participant progress through assignments and tests
Offer code reviews and project-based guidance
Stay updated on the latest Java technologies
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Java development experience
Good hands-on knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, and related tools
Previous mentoring or training experience is preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to create effective training paths
