Job Description
Conduct Training and Assessments for fresher\'s. Create Training Courseware and Artifacts. Mentoring of fresher batches. Coordinating with stakeholders (LnD, BU, External) for training and assessment. Proactively plan and execute the additional responsibilities assigned. Candidate is expected to have atleast one Primary and one/more Secondary competencies in below domains: The consultant should have 5 to 8 years of overall experience. Primary Skills Should be well versed in Database concepts, Core Java 8, Spring 5, JPA, Angular/React, DevOps tools(Git,Sonar,Gradle/Jenkins) Should have good communication skills and should be a proactive contributor Should have a flair for teaching and mentoring. Secondary Skills Should be capable of motivating freshers and generating interest towards coding. Should be smart and enjoy his/her work.
