About the Role

We are seeking passionate and motivated fresh graduates who have completed Java training and are eager to start their careers as Java Developers. The role begins with a

3-month trainee program

designed to provide hands-on project experience,

advanced Java training

, and

mentorship to make candidates interview-ready

. Successful candidates will be offered a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under guidance. Collaborate with senior developers and team members to deliver assigned tasks. Gain exposure to real-time projects and follow industry best practices. Participate in

advanced training sessions

and mock interviews to become interview-ready.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong understanding of

Core Java and OOPs concepts

. Familiarity with

SQL/Database fundamentals

. Basic knowledge of

Spring / Spring Boot

frameworks (preferred but not mandatory). Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities. Effective communication and a willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA

in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
