Well-versed with architecture, design, and development of Java-based applications. Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and post-implementation support. Guide and mentor development teams; conduct code reviews and ensure best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Timely tracking and status updates, Risk management Drive innovation using AI and automation to improve the team productivity, quality and efficiency, Process improvements People management

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, Microservices, React js PMP or Scrum Master certification. Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence), CI/CD, Git. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Exposure to DevOps, Docker/Kubernetes. * Great communication skills
