Degree in Computer Science or related. Masters preferred.

Experience10-16 Years of total IT experience Mandatory experience of 6-8 years in managing Software projects
for development and maintenance of enterprise class business IT applications in
Banking domain in one of the following set ups:
1. Tier 1 IT companies
2. IT captives of MNC Banks
3. IT Product companies focused on Banking sector
Proven expertise in the following process areas:
1. SDLC Methodologies (Waterfall/ Agile)
2. Estimation techniques
3. Project Planning using Microsoft project (MPP)
4. Risk Management
5. Stakeholder managementShould possess good understanding of architecture of different enterprise

application to enable better in troubleshooting of environment issues.Hands on Experience in Java and J2EE platforms including Spring, design pattern,
UI framework, CI-CD and other tools, should be willing to perform design and code
reviews and hand hold developers to be more efficient. Focus on quality in initial cycle
of development knowledge of BDD tools like Cucumber is a plus.

SkillsThe role will have responsibility to manage multiple technologies, research
& innovation projects (Data Science, AI/ML, BIG data, NLP & deep learning projects)
in the vertical.
Experience working in a multi-skilled engineering environment
coordinating Change Requests and Service Requests.Experience of managing IT projects within agreed timelines. prepare SOW

& its discussion and scope finalization with stakeholders.
Expertise in project management methodology, tools and templates
(includes program/project planning, schedule development, scope
management and cost management)Track record of customer focus and Regular follow-up to take the SoW,
based on openness, trust, and delivering on promisesAbility to work highly matrixed, multi-functional IT organization Experience of working with 3rd party vendors/internal IT team Management skills to manage one or more large, complex projects
simultaneouslyExpertise in the use of industry-standard project methods, tools and
techniques e.g. RAIDS, budget, communicationWorking knowledge of project management tools such as - Microsoft
Project or Smartsheet or other industry standard tools is desired
Strong team working skills across matrixed client, supplier and
geographically dispersed virtual teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills - Working experience of performance management and goal setting of team

ResponsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert of assigned applications, and as a liaison
between internal and external stakeholders
Interface directly with software vendors and consultants for development and

support as applicable
Consult directly with users to assess their needs and then create and
implement a strategy to improve either the business or application
Assist the business in developing business requirements and creating
technical/functional documentation
Determining the resource requirements and hiring the required resources for
the project
Handling the status calls on daily basis and to track the progress according to
the scheduled project plan
Trouble Shooting, application Problem Solving with overall coordination with
all stakeholders to ensure closure for cross functional services like Demand
Management and Configuration Release-Security managementCoordinating with business and understanding their requirements regarding
enhancements
Responsible in managing the entire supplier excellence & support in meeting
IT objectives
Providing flexible resource pool to cater to variations in demand Monitor application health and performance at regular intervals and take
actions as applicable
Providing apt solutions to client requirements and implementation in
co-ordination with development team
Requirement gathering for the new enhancements and value engineering

regarding existing application as applicable, further coordinate with architecture
team for solution designingSupport and mentor direct reporting associates. Share lessons learned and best practices across projects, building relationships

with stakeholders at all levels
Provide timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback to direct

reports.Monitor and improve team performance, providing leadership, coaching,

and performance management
