Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex backend systems using

Spring Boot and Microservices

. Translate business requirements into scalable and resilient microservices-based solutions. Guide the team on best practices in

REST API development

event-driven architecture

, and

cloud-native design

. Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality assurance through automated testing and CI/CD practices. Mentor and support team members in technical growth and productivity. Collaborate with DevOps for containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Work closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UI teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on backend technologies. Expertise in

Spring Boot

, and related frameworks. Strong experience in designing and implementing

Microservices

using Java. Solid understanding of

RESTful API design
