5. Maintain network security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
6. Provide support and troubleshooting for network services such as VPN, and wireless connectivity.
7. Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
8. Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
9. Assist in capacity planning and network optimization efforts.
