As a Technical Lead, you will be leading a team of developers in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to eectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Since this is a remote role, you would need to be self-motivated and proactive in all the work that you do. Tasks and Responsibilities xe2x97x8f Design, develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance server-side applications. xe2x97x8f Build and manage database schemas, ensuring ecient data access and storage. xe2x97x8f Architect and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end systems and third-party services. xe2x97x8f Enhance application performance and scalability to meet business needs. xe2x97x8f Analyze, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. xe2x97x8f Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Skills and Requirements xe2x97x8f 8+ years of backend development, with a strong focus on Java and related technologies. xe2x97x8f Prociency in Java 1.8 or higher, Spring Boot, and developing robust RESTful APIs. xe2x97x8f Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases. xe2x97x8f Familiarity with additional backend technologies such as Node.js is a plus. xe2x97x8f Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams eectively. xe2x97x8f Experience with remote team management. xe2x97x8f Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
