What success looks like in this role:

Leads team efforts to design, develop, test and document complex software systems and applications.


May support multiple teams through provision of sound technical and procedural guidance and solution development. Collaborates with analysts, peers and stakeholders to develop highly complex systems. Estimates software development tasks to within predictable variances, given specified functional and business requirements. Evaluates secure coding practices and tools, recommending and driving improvements. Defines and recommends metrics to improve on quality, cycle time, reliability and other key factors. Presents system alterations and designs to peers and colleagues. Provides technical and procedural guidance to fellow team members, adjacent teams and other relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Education Required:

bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering

. Minimum year's relevant experience required:

10+ years of overall experience and minimum of 5 plus years as technical lead/architect.

Experience in Liaise with customers and key stakeholders to manage contracts and relationships. Experience in providing technology leadership and own the technology roadmap for the product. provide a thought leadership to embrace the latest and greatest technology trends.

Experience in RFP/RFI process

and prepare and facilitate the on-boarding process for new customers.

Expert Knowledge in Design Patterns, Enterprise architecture, Enterprise Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices, Containerization

o Experience with API concepts and technologies such as REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, YAML, GraphQL, and Swagger. o UI/UX technologies such as React, Angular, jQuery, JavaScript. o

Public cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, Google

o API Gateway such as Apigee, o Cloud-based Kubernetes platform o Jenkins & pipeline (CI/CD), Maven, Nexus o

NoSQL (E.g., MongoDB, Document DB)

o RDBMS and SQL (E.g., MySQL / Oracle) o Distributed caching (E.g., REDIS) o Centralized logging platform (E.g., ELK) o End to end tracing o App Performance Monitoring o Service Mesh o GIT (E.g., Gitlab / Bitbucket / GitHub) o Fortify, Blackduck, SonarQube o MQ Technology (E.g., IBM MQ / Rabbit MQ) o Kafka o Servers such as Apache, Tomcat, JBOSS

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 6-8 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
