Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Java Tech Leader

to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality enterprise and

microservices-based applications

. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, solid architectural knowledge, and the ability to mentor developers while collaborating closely with product and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of

Java-based and microservices-driven applications

Design, develop, and maintain

scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices architectures

Define microservices standards including

service communication, API contracts, versioning, and resilience patterns

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and best-practice enforcement Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver solutions Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance benchmarks, and security guidelines Troubleshoot complex technical issues across

distributed systems and microservices

Contribute to

CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-based deployments

Drive adoption of best practices such as

service discovery, load balancing, and fault tolerance

Required Skills & Qualifications

5-8 years of hands-on experience in

Java/J2EE development

Strong expertise in

Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA

Proven experience with

Microservices Architecture

Hands-on experience with

RESTful APIs, inter-service communication, and API gateways

Solid understanding of

OOPs, design patterns, system design, and distributed systems

Experience with

SQL/NoSQL databases

(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) Familiarity with

Docker, Kubernetes

(preferred) Experience with

Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities
