We are seeking a dynamic

Java Tech Lead

to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should bring both technical depth and leadership skills to guide junior developers and deliver robust, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development and optimization of REST APIs using

Java

and

Spring Boot

. Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices. Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams for successful project delivery. Review code, troubleshoot issues, and drive technical improvements. Participate in architectural discussions, design reviews, and performance tuning. Maintain documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

Core Technical Skills

Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA RESTful API Development & Microservices Architecture MySQL, Swagger, and Performance Optimization Apache Kafka, ELK Stack, Redis Cache Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns & Scalable Systems
