We are seeking a highly experienced Java Team Lead with over 8 years of experience in software development and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading Java/Oracle-based projects, with a proven track record in at least two such projects. Key Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Java and Oracle-based software development and support projects.
• Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience as a Team Lead on at least two major software support projects.
• Certifications: SCJP (Sun Certified Java Programmer) or OCJP (Oracle Certified Java Programmer) certification is required.
• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech), Master\'s in Computer Applications (MCA), or MBA.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong technical expertise in Java and Oracle technologies.
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
