Team Lead - Java (Spring Boot, Reactive Programming)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable microservices using Java 8 and Spring Boot 3.0
• Utilize reactive programming frameworks like Reactor or RxJava
• Write clean, testable code using JUnit, Mockito
• Lead Agile development teams and collaborate across functions
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment using Jenkins, Maven, GitHub
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on delivery timelines
• Mentor junior team members and ensure best coding practices

Requirements

• 7-12 years of software development experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on Java development experience
• Expertise in Spring Boot 3.0, REST APIs, Multithreading, Collections, Generics
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns and software architecture
• Proficiency in Reactive Programming (e.g., Reactor, RxJava)
• Experience with Agile, DevOps tools, and tools like ServiceNow
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
