We're Hiring: Lead Solution Architect

Location: Doha, Qatar/ India/ Open world

Duration: Full Time

What You'll Do

Define and own solution architecture for multi-system integration projects

Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Design data flows, APIs, middleware, and communication protocols

Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security, and performance benchmarks

Lead architecture governance, technical reviews, and solution design sessions

Provide guidance to developers, DevOps, and QA teams

What We're Looking For

12+ years of experience in solution architecture for enterprise systems

Strong expertise in integration architecture (APIs, microservices, middleware, messaging)

Hands-on experience with modeling tools (ArchiMate, UML, Visio)

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, and API gateways

Deep understanding of scalability, availability, and security requirements

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have: Experience in aviation/airline operations or IFE systems, plus familiarity with REST APIs & enterprise data models.
