We are looking for an experienced Java Solution Architect to lead application architecture and solution design in the Unsecured Lending, BNPL, and Card Installments domain. This role requires deep expertise in modern architecture practices and the ability to balance business goals with technical solutions across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end solution design across lending platforms and applications.
Define and enforce engineering standards, architecture best practices, and reusable frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Drive architecture patterns such as Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, APIs, and Microservices.
Provide technical leadership across teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Evaluate emerging technologies and align them with business strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications
12-15 years of IT experience with strong focus on Java-based enterprise solutions.
Solid domain expertise in Unsecured Lending, BNPL, and Card Installments.
Proven experience in solution architecture for large-scale systems.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Expertise in Microservices, Event-Driven Systems, API design, and Domain-Driven Design.
Exposure to financial services products and payment ecosystems preferred.
