• Effective oral and written communication skills as well as positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude
• Responsible to have a clear understanding of the various upstream / downstream dependencies, end to end business process & data flow
• Must have understanding & support experience on JEE & Enterprise Technologies, Web, API
• Must have experience in supporting Microservice, API, SOA distributed systems
• Must have experience in supporting Cloud applications and familiar with Cloud concepts preferably in AWS
• Must have good understanding of WebLogic server & Kafka
• Must have technical skills and tools knowledge: ServiceNow, Monitoring Tools like AppDynamics, Splunk & CloudWatch
• Excellent SQL skills in writing complex queries to extract data from the database as per user requirement
• Previous experience of working in Banking domain
• Work with a team of Application support team working on 24/7 shift rotation environment
• Experience in Incident & Problem Management processes with good exposure to troubleshooting and not just coordination.
• Perform root cause analysis by reviewing application logs, reviewing data and identify and implement corrective and preventive measures
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Contributes strategic insight and provides feedback on a wide range of ideas for production stability
• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and create a collaborative climate
• Curious mindset and self-starter attitude. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information systems environment as application support engineer or systems analysis or application support analyst
• ITIL Foundation certification perferred
