Job Description

* Breaks down technical requirements into tasks to plan an iteration with the scrum team o Designing, Coding, debugging and testing Minimum 8 years tech experience; 3 yrs. of hands-on tech design lead and programming experience o Collaboratively codes, tests and builds software according to requirements and acceptance criteria o Troubleshooting issues in test and production environments o Supports Technical Product Manager in preparation of requirements for forthcoming iteration o Cooperating with other development teams to deliver new capabilities o Accountable to maintain code quality o Innovating to improve application stability and performance o Continuously improves their process, supported by Scrum Master o Learning business requirements and translating them into implementation details o Continuously works with teams to improve technical practices o Assist in development of software technical documentation o Attends scrum ceremonies o Expertise in: Skills as required by Program o Creates High-Level Design (HLD) o Expertise in development and CI tools o Supports deployment feature release process o Solid Unix/Linux knowledge or as stated in Program tech stack requirements o Takes part in the sizing process
