Role Proficiency: Independently develops error free code with high quality validation of applications guides other developers and assists Lead 1 - Software Engineering

Outcomes: * Understand and provide input to the application/feature/component designs; developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.

• Code debug test document and communicate product/component/features at development stages.
• Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.
• Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models
• Mentor Developer 1 - Software Engineering and Developer 2 - Software Engineering to effectively perform in their roles
• Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system
• Proactively identify issues/defects/flaws in module/requirement implementation
• Assists Lead 1 - Software Engineering on Technical design. Review activities and begin demonstrating Lead 1 capabilities in making technical decisions

Mandatory requirement/skills 1. Strong hands-on experience in Core-Java, ESB or middleware tool and Restful services and Springboot 2. Strong knowledge on RAML Design 3. Must have good knowledge on various design principles, coding best practices and coding standards 4. Must have been worked in end to end project life-cycle like design, development, testing and PROD releases and support 5. Providing technical assistance to junior team members and solving technical challenges during project delivery 6. Must have done code reviews, test case reviews and ensuring code developed meets the requirements/standards 7. Good Knowledge in GIT, Jenkins, Maven and other DevOps tool 8. Good verbal and written communication Good to have requirement: 1. Working experience on Mule 2. Mule certification 3. Agile Methodology, knowledge on JIRA and Confluence 4. Working knowledge on AWS 5. Docker - AWS API deployments understanding 6. Understanding of application and log monitoring tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics
