We are looking for an experienced Java Lead to head our Java development team The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design development and deployment of high performance Java applications This role requires strong technical expertise leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers Design and implement scalable Java based applications Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and deliver project requirements Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development processes Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery Participate in architecture and design discussions Maintain documentation for software development processes

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field 5 years of experience in Java development with 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of Java Spring Framework Hibernate and RESTful APIs Experience with microservices architecture SQL and version control systems e g Git Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
