Role Overview

Seeking highly skilled

Tech Leads

with strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to lead technical conversations. This role requires a technologist who is hands-on, curious, articulate, and capable of driving design discussions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design, development, and architecture discussions for Java-based applications. Drive problem-solving sessions, ask clarifying questions, and guide teams with structured thinking. Build and maintain microservices using

Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL

, and related middleware. Leverage DevOps practices and tools; integrate with platforms such as

Kafka

. Mentor developers, ensure code quality, and collaborate closely with product and infrastructure teams. Communicate clearly with senior leadership and represent engineering thought leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years

of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices-based engineering. Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and distributed architecture. Practical knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native tools. Experience with Kafka or similar middleware technologies. Excellent communication, curiosity, and confidence to speak up and lead discussions. Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning abilities.
