Position Title: Java Lead Developer
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Chennai / Bengaluru / Coimbatore / NCR

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Lead Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should bring in-depth technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and experience working in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle for Java-based applications.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.

Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to team members.

Ensure best practices in coding, design patterns, performance tuning, and security.

Drive innovation, scalability, and continuous improvements in development processes.

Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.

Technical Skills:

Core Java, Java 8/11+, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs

Hibernate/JPA, JDBC, ORM frameworks

Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Messaging frameworks (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ)

CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes)

Databases: MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)

Frontend familiarity (Angular/React) preferred

Agile/Scrum methodology, version control (Git), DevOps tools

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Ability to mentor junior developers and manage teams

Client-facing and stakeholder management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
