- Provide guidance and support to the development team
- Ensure successful project delivery
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java, Java Enterprise Edition, Java Full Stack Development
- Strong understanding of software development principles
- Experience in leading application development projects
- Knowledge of design patterns and best practices in application development
- Hands-on experience in Java programming
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
