Job Description
Must Have:
1.JLPT N3 or N2 certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
2.Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects
3.Knowledge and hands on experience in Java technologies including Core Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, MySQL database, Postgress database, NPM, Maven, VS Code, IntelliJ Idea, GitHub
4.Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs, Onsite and Offshore teams
5.Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours
6.Advanced knowledge of designing and implementing APIs and integrations in insurance or financial systems
